TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Richwell Ventures Limited (the "Operator") operates a gaming platform at casino.sbobet.com (the "Gaming Platform") that is accessed by end users (the "Player"). The Player uses the Gaming Platform for data settlement and visual gaming purposes, and an intermediary (the "Intermediary") for all payment issues relating to their use of the Gaming Platform (the "Payment Service"). For the avoidance of doubt, the Payment Service is subject to a contract between the Player and the Intermediary to which the Operator is not party and therefore the Payment Service is not covered by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions govern the Player's use of the Gaming Platform and their relationship with the Operator. The Player should read these terms and conditions carefully as they affect their rights and liabilities under the law. If the Player does not agree with these terms and conditions, they should not use the Gaming Platform. APPLICABILITY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Player agrees that they will only use the Gaming Platform for their personal entertainment and will not use it to conduct a commercial business. The Player's use of the Gaming Platform is subject to these terms and conditions. By agreeing to use the Gaming Platform, the Player agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. If there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any document incorporated by reference, these terms and conditions will prevail.

2.

AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1The Operator reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions (including to rectify errors or mistakes discovered on the Gaming Platform) without prior notice. However, the Operator will ensure that any significant changes to these terms and conditions will be notified to the Player by an appropriate method (for example via a prominent notice on the Gaming Platform). The changes will apply to the use of the Gaming Platform after the Operator has given notice. If the Player does not wish to accept the new terms and conditions the Player should not continue to use the Gaming Platform. If the Player continues to use the Gaming Platform after the date on which the change comes into effect, the Player's use of the Gaming Platform will be confirmation of the Player's agreement to be bound by the new terms and conditions.
2.2It remains the Player's responsibility to periodically check these terms and conditions to ensure that they continue to agree with them and Players are advised to do so each time they use the Gaming Platform. The Player's continued use of the Gaming Platform will be confirmation of their acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions. Any bet received (but not settled) prior to the time of amendment and notification of the amended terms and conditions will be subject to the pre-existing terms and conditions.

3.

REGISTRATION AND USE OF THE PLAYER'S ACCOUNT

3.1To access and utilise on the Gaming Platform, the Player must be at least eighteen years of age or the legal age required for gambling in the Player's jurisdiction, whichever is the greater. The Player must establish an account with and in accordance with their agreement and/or arrangement with the Intermediary (an "Account"). The Player should ensure that any details provided by them in order to establish an Account (i.e. the details provided to the Intermediary) or at any time thereafter are correct and complete and must inform the respective Intermediary immediately of any changes to their details by updating their Account in order that any communication or notice issued by the Operator can be communicated to them effectively. Know Your Player checks will be carried out by the Intermediary in its provision of the Payment Service. However the Operator reserves the right to request the Player's identification documents (e.g. passport or identity cards) from the Intermediary for verification purposes pertinent to the Player's use of the Gaming Platform, should such verification be required by the Operator (for example, without limitation, to enable the Operator to comply with the Operator's regulatory requirements).
3.2A Player wishing to place a wager on the Gaming Platform should note that there may be specific laws in their country, place of residence, or the place where the Player accesses the Gaming Platform which prohibit gambling. The Player warrants to the Operator that they will not access the Gaming Platform from within a jurisdiction that prohibits gambling. Further, the Player warrants to the Operator that they will not access the Gaming Platform at any time if they are a citizen of a nation state that prohibits its citizens from participating in gambling (regardless of their location).
3.3It is the Player's responsibility to ensure compliance with their applicable local or national laws before establishing an Account with the Intermediary and/or before placing wagers on the Gaming Platform. The Player is encouraged to seek legal advice before establishing an Account and/or placing any bets or depositing any money to verify that their proposed dealings on the Gaming Platform are not contrary in any way to such laws. The Operator does not accept any responsibility for a Player's breach of any applicable local or national laws.
3.4Without limiting Clause 3.3, the Operator does not accept bets originating from Afghanistan, American Samoa, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, Guadeloupe, Guam, Hong Kong, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Libya, Martinique, Mayotte, Nigeria, Northern Mariana Islands, North Korea, Philippines, Puerto Rico, Reunion, St Pierre et Miquelon, Taiwan, Turkey, United States of America, United States Minor Outlying Islands and US Virgin Islands and, accordingly, the Player warrants that they are not resident in these jurisdictions, nor will they use the Internet Gaming Service when they are in these jurisdictions.
3.5The Player will be provided with a log-in code and password for their Account on the Gaming Platform (which will be relayed to them by the Intermediary). In order to prevent fraud, the Player must keep this log-in code and password confidential and not disclose it or share it with anyone. The password will be kept in an encrypted form on the Gaming Platform and will not be accessible by the Operator. If the Player knows or suspects that someone else knows their log-in code and/or password or that any other personal information has been stolen or otherwise accessed without their authority they should notify the Intermediary immediately.
3.6If the Operator has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach of security or misuse of the Gaming Platform, it may require the Player to change their password or it may suspend the Player's Account.
3.7The Player will not allow any other person or third party (including, without limitation, any minor) to use their Account. The Player is solely responsible for all use of the Gaming Platform through their log-in code and password. Unless caused by the Operator's negligence, any unauthorised use of the log-in code and password will be the Player's sole responsibility and deemed the Player's use. The Player will therefore be liable for any such unauthorised use and will not be re-credited by the Operator for any resulting losses from their Account on the Gaming Platform, regardless of whether or not the third party who participated had the Player's consent.
3.8If an Account is inactive for 6 months or longer, the Operator reserves the right to cancel the Account and notify the Intermediary accordingly.
3.9The Operator may suspend or cancel the Account immediately at its absolute discretion including if the Player breaches any of their obligations under these terms and conditions.
3.10The expiry or termination of a Player's Account for any reason will not affect:
  1. any rights, obligations and/or liabilities accrued before the date of termination or expiry; or
  2. any rights, obligations and/or liabilities expressed to continue in force after and despite expiry or termination.
3.11The Operator reserves the right not to open an Account for any applicant without having to provide any reason whatsoever. The Operator further reserves the right to refuse/reject and suspend without prior notification any Player who is suspected of cheating, hacking, attacking, manipulating or damaging the Operator's normal gaming operations (including the Gaming Platform).
3.12The use of artificial intelligence or "bots" on the Gaming Platform is strictly forbidden. Likewise, any application that uses any or all of the data contained on the Gaming Platform for purposes (including but not limited to commercial purposes) other than participating in the Gaming Platform (e.g. via screen scraping) is prohibited. The Operator will take measures to prevent and detect the use of programs that are designed to enable artificial intelligence (non-humans) to utilise or benefit from the data contained on the Gaming Platform. Any attempted or actual use of artificial intelligence by the Player will lead to termination of their Account in accordance with clauses 3. 9 and 3.11.
3.13The Player can cancel their Account at any time in accordance with their agreement with the Intermediary. However, the Player should inform the Intermediary prior to cancelling their Account in order to ensure that valid Gaming Credits (as defined in Section 5 below) are returned to them in full. If the Player does cancel their Account, they must stop using the Gaming Platform.
3.14The suspension or cancellation of the Player's Account will not affect either party's statutory rights or liabilities.
3.15A Player may open only one Account. The Player should be aware that, in accordance with their agreement with the Intermediary, where the Intermediary discovers that a Player has established multiple Accounts, the Intermediary may immediately cancel or cause to be cancelled such multiple Accounts.

4.

LICENCE

4.1The Operator grants the Player a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use its software required for the use of the Gaming Platform (the "Software"). The Player may use the Software solely for participation in the Gaming Platform.
4.2The Gaming Platform and all pictures, graphics, photographs, animations, videos, music, audio, text and live feeds on the Gaming Platform and the Software are and will remain the property of the Operator and are protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright. They may not be reproduced without the Operator's prior written consent.
4.3Except as permitted by these terms and conditions, the Player may not copy, use, modify, create derivative works from or distribute the Software or written materials associated with the Gaming Platform, decode, reverse engineer, dissemble, decompile or otherwise translate or convert the Software or any part of it or transfer, loan, lease, assign, rent or otherwise sublicense the Software or do any of the above to any copy, adaptation, transcription, or merged portion of the Software. Without limitation, the above activity includes any form of denting, hacking, attacking, manipulating or damaging of the Gaming Platform.

5.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY

5.1Statistical data representing the credit granted to a Player by an Intermediary ("Gaming Credits"), in the amounts notified to the Operator by the Intermediary, will be displayed in the Account of the Player and may be used by the Player to place bets on the Gaming Platform. However, the Gaming Credits simply reflect the credit extended to the Player by the Intermediary (as affected by the Player's agreement for credit with the Intermediary, the Player's betting (i.e. winnings and losses) on the Gaming Platform and any cashing out via the Intermediary) and, while displayed and processed on the Gaming Platform, Gaming Credits are in no circumstances claimable from the Operator.
5.2Gaming Credits will be updated automatically as the Player bets on the Gaming Platform. In addition, in order to reflect any further credit extended, or payout made, to the Player, the Gaming Credits will be frequently reconciled by the Operator and the Intermediary, which will be reflected in the Player's revised Gaming Credits balance. The Player is not allowed to place a bet greater than these reconciled Gaming Credits. Any winnings (or losses) are therefore reflected in the Gaming Credits in the Player's Account and Gaming Credits may be cashed by the Player only through the Payment Service with the Intermediary in accordance with any agreement the Player may have with the Intermediary and not via any method otherwise displayed on the Gaming Platform.
5.3The Player may only deposit and receive money through an Intermediary registered with the Operator and authorised by the Operator to act as an Intermediary. Failure to adhere to this clause may result in the Player's Account being suspended or terminated.
5.4To maintain a high level of security to protect the Player's Account, the Operator performs random security checks. The Player hereby accepts that the Operator maintains the right to obtain additional documentation from the Intermediary in order to verify the identity of the Player in the event of such a security check. Where the Intermediary fails to provide the Operator with such additional documentation, the Operator reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Player's Account at its absolute discretion.
5.5The Player has the responsibility for checking their available Gaming Credits before or after each gaming transaction and prior to departing from the game session. If the Player suspects any errors, they must report it immediately to the Intermediary in accordance with Clause 5 before participating in the next or another game. Failure to do so will result in the Player waiving their right to raise future disputes and acceptance of all previous game records as true and correct.
5.6Should Gaming Credits be credited to or debited from a Player's Account in error, it is the Player's responsibility to notify the Operator of the error without delay in order for the sum to be rectified in accordance with a reconciliation of the amount processed through the Payment Service. Any Gaming Credits credited to the Player due to the error will be deemed invalid, are not available to bet with and the Operator reserves the right to void any transaction involving such Gaming Credits. If the Player believes that the Gaming Credits displayed in their Account do not accord with the amount processed through the Payment Service, they should address this issue with the Intermediary as the Operator cannot be held responsible for any available Gaming Credits that are erroneous as a result of the Payment Service.
5.7The Player must inform the Intermediary and the Operator as soon as reasonably possible if they believe that their Account information is being misused in any way by a third party so that appropriate steps can be taken by the Intermediary to suspend their Account. The Operator will not be held responsible for any misuse of the Account and/or any loss suffered by the Player due to any delay in such suspension.
5.8Any applicable taxes and fees in connection with any awarded prize are the Player's sole responsibility. Prizes cannot be transferred, substituted, or redeemed for any other prize.
5.9Unless, otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, no bet can be cancelled once confirmed by the Operator. All bets stand once confirmed whether the Player is online or offline. The Operator reserves the right to refuse any bet.

6.

ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING PROVISIONS

6.1The Operator will only credit Gaming Credits into the Account of the Player that placed the winning bet.
6.2The Operator reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to suspend payment out of Gaming Credits, pending a full investigation (including providing details to the relevant law enforcement agency where appropriate), where it suspects that Gaming Credits have been credited, and are attempted to be withdrawn, by a Player for the purposes of money laundering. An example of where this might occur includes where a Player's Account has been credited with a substantial sum and then the Player attempts to withdraw these Gaming Credits having only conducted minimal betting activity on the Betting Platform. Full repayment of the actual funds represented by the Gaming Credits will be made to the Player by the Intermediary where the investigation reveals no evidence of money laundering.

7.

BETS

7.1In making a bet, the Player will determine the amount of his own stake, subject, to the following:
  1. the restrictions on bets set out in this Clause 7.1;
  2. the minimum and maximum amount of any bet will be as indicated on the Gaming Platform;
  3. in the event that a Player gives instructions which the Operator considers ambiguous, the Operator will be entitled to treat the entire bet as void. In such circumstances, the decisions of the Operator will be final and binding on the Player; and
  4. if a Player places a bet, the stake for which would exceed any limits adopted pursuant to this Clause 7.1, the stake amount in excess of the limit shall be disregarded and this element of the bet will be void.
7.2If a bet is not made in full or if details of it are missing, the Operator may, at its discretion, deem such bet to be void.
7.3Subject to Clause 7.4, a Player may send multiple copies of the same bet in which case all such bets shall be treated as separate bets. If a Player submits a number of bets (whether identical or different), they shall be dealt with by the Operator in the order in which they are received.
7.4The Player must make their bets as an individual. The Operator will be entitled to reject and treat as void a series of identical bets from different Players or where the Operator suspects that Players are acting in collusion or as a syndicate with any other individual(s) and will be entitled to refuse payment of any winnings.
7.5In making a bet, the Player represents and warrants to the Operator to not knowing nor having any influence over the outcome of the event in respect of which the bet is made. If the outcome is known, the Operator may treat the bet as void.
7.6In order to make a bet, there must be available Gaming Credits in the relevant Player's Account equal to or exceeding the amount of the stake. If the Player's available Gaming Credits do not cover the aggregate stakes wagered at any one time, the Operator will refuse the bets. In these circumstances, the Player must limit their bets to their available Gaming Credits or re-credit their Account through the Intermediary before they can place the bets in full.
7.7Where a manifest error (whether caused by human error or otherwise) or systems failure results in incorrect or erroneous game results, any bet (or part of a bet) made will be void. If such error is noticed beforehand, the Operator will immediately void the game and return all credits to the Player's available Gaming Credits.
7.8Where a bet is settled incorrectly due to, for example, an erroneous result being recorded on the Gaming Platform, such settlement will be invalid and reversed. If the Player has insufficient Gaming Credits to permit such a reversal, they will be required to return the erroneously credited Gaming Credits in accordance with Clause 11.4.
7.9The Operator may, at any time, in its absolute discretion and without giving any reason or advance notice, suspend a game, cease betting on a game, refuse to accept any bet or any part of a bet and/or suspend or close any Player's Account.

8.

PLACING A BET

8.1Bets may only be placed via the Gaming Platform, unless an alternative prior arrangement has been made with the Operator (the "Betting Method").
8.2A bet is accepted only when confirmed in accordance with the procedures stated in the Gaming Rules.
8.3If a bet is declared "invalid" or "void" for the purposes of these terms and conditions, the amount of the bet will be reversed to the Player's Account.
8.4The deadline for placing bets will in each case be determined by the Operator. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a bet is placed after the commencement of the event in respect of which the bet is made, the bet will be invalid. Disputes over the times when bets are placed will be finally settled by reference to the Operator's transaction log.
8.5The Player shall be responsible for ensuring that their bets are correct. Bets placed and accepted within the relevant time limit may not be revoked or changed except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions.
8.6The Operator assumes no responsibility for typing, transmission and/or evaluation errors in respect of any bets and will be entitled (after the event, if necessary) to correct manifest errors relating to the reporting of results.

9.

RESULTS AND EVALUATION OF BETS

9.1The Operator will evaluate Players' Accounts depending on the result(s) of the bet(s) they place. In doing this the Operator recognises only the official results achieved in the live casino games and the outcome of the randomly generated games for settlement purposes. The Player acknowledges that the Operator's Random Number Generator ("RNG") will determine the shuffling and dealing of cards, spinning of the ball and wheel, shaking of the dice, the outcome of the games and other randomly generated events that are part of the Gaming Platform and that the Player agrees to accept such shuffling and dealing of cards, spinning of the ball and wheel, shaking of the dice and the outcomes of the game and other randomly generated events performed by the RNG, as final and conclusive.

10.

SPECIAL RULES FOR SPECIFIC GAMES

10.1The Operator accepts bets for casino games as displayed on the Gaming Platform. All such bets are subject to the rules specific to each relevant casino game and it is the responsibility of each Player to make themselves aware of all such rules to the extent that it is relevant to any bets they place.
10.2Special rules relating to different types of casino games and which shall apply to bets made on those games are set out in the Gaming Rules. These Gaming Rules may be amended at any time.

11.

THE PLAYER'S REPRESENTATIONS

11.1The Player represents, warrants and certifies that they have reached the age of 18 or the legal age required for gambling in the Player's jurisdiction, whichever is the greater. The Player also warrants that they will not access the Gaming Platform from within a jurisdiction that prohibits gambling nor will they access (or establish) the Gaming Platform at any time if they are a citizen of a nation state that prohibits its citizens from participating in gambling (regardless of their location).
11.2The Player represents, warrants and certifies that they fully accept that all computer instructions and responses sent over the Internet to and from the Gaming Platform and the Software will be binding on the Player.
11.3The Player understands that by using the Gaming Platform they may lose money on bets placed and they accept full responsibility for such loss. The Player agrees that their use of the Gaming Platform is at their sole risk.
11.4Should Gaming Credits be credited to or debited from a Player's Account in error, it is the Player's responsibility to notify the Intermediary of the error without delay. Any Gaming Credits credited to the Player due to an error will be deemed invalid and in the event there are sufficient Gaming Credits in the Player's Account, such Gaming Credits will be immediately reversed by the Operator from the Player's Account. In the event that there are insufficient Gaming Credits in the Player's Account, the Player shall immediately return the funds representing the erroneously credited Gaming Credits to the Intermediary. Amounts credited to an Account in error are not available to bet with and the Operator reserves the right to void any transaction involving such Gaming Credits. For the avoidance of doubt, where the Player has a credit balance and further Gaming Credits are erroneously added to this, the Player is permitted to transact up to the level of credits available in their Account excluding the erroneously added Gaming Credits. The Player agrees to indemnify the Operator for the return of any amounts representing erroneously credited Gaming Credits that the Player has withdrawn.

12.

NO WARRANTY

12.1The Operator will endeavour to provide the Gaming Platform using its reasonable skill and care. The Operator makes no further warranty or representation, whether express or implied, in relation to the Gaming Platform. Any implied warranties or conditions relating to satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose, completeness or accuracy are hereby excluded.
12.2The Operator makes no warranty that the Gaming Platform will meet the Player's requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Gaming Platform or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, nor does the Operator make any warranty as to the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the materials supplied by the Operator or results of the Gaming Platform or the accuracy of any information obtained by the Player through the Gaming Platform.
12.3The Player should be aware that the quality of the internet connection to the Gaming Platform varies from player to player and may not be absolutely stable. The Operator is not responsible for any misplaced bets. All bets placed will be based on the bet records in the Operator's system.
12.4The Operator carries out regular maintenance to its the Gaming Platform to ensure, as much as possible, that an optimum gaming experience is provided to the Player. During such maintenance sessions, the Player acknowledges and agrees that access to the Gaming Platform may be limited to allow for such necessary repairs, maintenance or the introduction of new facilities or services. The Operator will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of such downtime in advance of it occurring (whether via an advance schedule of downtime or period notifications on the Gaming Platform) and resume the service as soon as it reasonably can.

13.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1The Player agrees that their use of the Gaming Platform is at their sole risk.
13.2The Operator will not be liable in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from or in any way connected with the Player's use of the Gaming Platform, whether direct or indirect, including, without limitation, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, loss arising from downtime or any other pecuniary or consequential loss (even where the Operator has been notified by the Player of the possibility of such loss or damage). Further, liability for such damage will be excluded, even if the exclusive remedies provided for in these terms and conditions fail for their essential purpose.
13.3The Operator will not be liable or responsible to the Player for any loss or damage incurred or suffered by the Player as a result of any suspension or stoppage (whether temporary or permanent) of the Gaming Platform arising from any governmental order or change in policy by the regulator.
13.4The Operator will not be responsible or liable to the Player for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Gaming Platform and the Player confirms that the Operator will not be liable to the Player or any third party for any modification to, suspension of or discontinuance of the Gaming Platform.
13.5The Operator reserves the right to withdraw the Gaming Platform or elements of the Gaming Platform at any time, and will not be liable to the Player as a result of any such action.
13.6The Operator will not be responsible for any breach of these terms and conditions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
13.7The Operator will not be liable to the Player for any use of the Gaming Platform that is contrary to the law of the jurisdiction in which the Player is located. The Player should note that where local law prohibits their participation in the Gaming Platform, it is contrary to these terms and conditions for the Player to participate in the Gaming Platform.
13.8Certain statutes, rules and regulations may imply certain non-excludable warranties or conditions and to the extent such are not permitted to be excluded. The Operator's liability for breach of such conditions or warranties and the Player's sole and exclusive remedy will be limited to £1,000 or currency equivalent.

14.

INTERMEDIARY OBLIGATIONS

14.1The Player confirms and understands that their use of the Gaming Platform provided by the Operator is for data and visual gaming purposes only. The Player understands and confirms that the Operator is not responsible for the Payment Service (which may be provided for in any agreement between the Intermediary and the Player but does not form part of these terms and conditions between the Player and the Operator) including (without limitation) any liability for the Player obtaining money/Gaming Credits from or depositing money to their Account via an Intermediary (or any other party). The Player agrees and confirms that in no circumstances will the Operator be responsible for the conduct of such Payment Service including (without limitation) any negotiation with the Intermediary over its conduct of the Payment Service, which is outside the scope of these terms and conditions.
14.2The Player acknowledges that any agreement between the Player and the Intermediary is not a contract to which the Operator is party and therefore the Operator is not liable for any element of the relationship between the Intermediary and the Player (including without limitation any act or omission of the Intermediary such as a failure to pay sums due to a Player or adequately alert the Operator to the correct available Gaming Credits for a Player).
14.3The Operator is not responsible for the handling of any issues or disputes relating to the placing or outcome of a bet by the Player. If the Player has any issue in relation to such activity, the Player must submit this to the Intermediary.

15.

INDEMNITY

15.1The Player agrees fully to indemnify, defend and hold the Operator, and its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these terms and conditions by the Player or any other liabilities arising out of the Player's use of the Gaming Platform or use by any other person accessing the Gaming Platform using the Player's Account details.
15.2The Player agrees fully to indemnify, defend and hold the Operator, and its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of warranties or representations including, but not limited to, the representations that the Player is not a citizen or a resident of a country which prohibits such gaming activities nor will they access the Gaming Platform from a jurisdiction where such betting activity is prohibited by law.
15.3The Player will indemnify the Operator for all losses and damages suffered by the Operator as a result of wrongdoings and/or fraud by the Player or group of Players acting in concert or as a syndicate. "Wrongdoings and/or fraud" will include but not be limited to attempts to breach the single account per player rule, to exceed the betting limits, hacking, use of artificial intelligence or bots, providing false personal information, and/or any actions and/or omissions which the Operator reasonably deems to be a fraud and/or wrongdoings.
15.4The Player further agrees fully to indemnify, defend and hold the Operator, and its officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any claim brought against the Operator by an Intermediary as a result of the breach of these terms and conditions by the Player.

16.

TRANSFER

The Player may not transfer any of their rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. The Operator may transfer its rights under these terms and conditions to another business where the Operator reasonably believes that the Player's rights will not be affected.

17.

THIRD PARTY CONTENT

17.1The Gaming Platform provides content from other Internet sites or resources ("Third Party Content") and while the Operator takes all reasonable steps to ensure that material included on the Gaming Platform is correct, reputable and of high quality, the Operator does not make any warranties or guarantees in relation to Third Party Content and will not be held liable by the Player for any such Third Party Content. If the Operator is informed of any inaccuracies in the Third Party Content contained on the Gaming Platform, it will attempt to correct the inaccuracies as soon as it reasonably can.
17.2The Operator makes no representations or warranties regarding any websites linked to the Gaming Platform ("Linked Sites"), the entities which operate the Linked Sites or which feature on the Linked Sites. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS

Except insofar as these terms and conditions expressly provides that a third party may in their own right enforce a term of these terms and conditions, a person who is not a party to these terms and conditions has no right under local law or statute to rely upon or enforce any term of these terms and conditions.

19.

TECHNICAL MALFUNCTIONS

19.1Save for those games specifically detailed as "live" games, The Player fully accepts and agrees that random number generator ("RNG") software will determine the shuffling and dealing of cards, spinning of the ball and wheel, shaking of the dice and other randomly generated events required in the Gaming Platform. If there is a discrepancy between the result showing on the Software and the Operator's server, the result showing on the Operator's server will govern the result of the Gaming Platform. In the event of system malfunction or damage which results in the loss of data, the Operator will make reasonable efforts to recover all historic data and all recovered data will be deemed official.
19.2Where there is any malfunction of the electronic display in live gaming, the result will be settled according to the actual result determined by the live gaming mechanism (e.g. the roulette wheel).

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

NOTICES

21.1Any notice the Operator gives to the Player (save as otherwise set out herein) will be sent to the email address that the Player provided when the Player established their Account.
21.2The Operator recommends that any queries (including but not limited to those set out in Clause 15 (Indemnity) are directed to the Intermediary. 22.

GENERAL

22.1If any part of these terms and conditions will be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed to be severable from these terms and conditions and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions of these terms and conditions.
